We are looking for an experienced and insightful Senior Product Analyst with a specific focus on Platform Analytics to join our Product Analytics team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience of our platform by analyzing and interpreting usage data, monitoring feature adoption, and supporting new feature launches with data-driven insights. This is an ideal position for someone with a passion for understanding user behavior and platform dynamics, alongside experience in tracking and optimizing key metrics that influence platform success and user satisfaction.
The Platform Analytics role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and collaborative skills, working alongside a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, Operations teams, Data Engineers, SW Developers, UI/UX Designers, and AI experts. Your insights will directly influence feature development and enhance the platform's usability, performance, and scalability.
As a Senior Product Analyst specializing in Platform Analytics, you will be instrumental in advancing our platform's data-driven approach by focusing on:
- Analyzing platform usage patterns and deriving actionable insights to optimize user engagement and satisfaction
- Supporting the development of new features by monitoring early adoption, user interactions, and performance
- Partnering with Product Managers to establish and track key feature KPIs, assessing impact, and recommending enhancements
- Developing dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends for stakeholders
- Collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams to understand and address user pain points, drive improvements and reduce churn
- Continuously enhancing our analytics processes and data platforms to support agile and accurate insights for platform optimization
