In this complex patient case, multiple comorbidities were present, including renal carcinoma, abdominal aortic aneurysm, bilateral iliac artery aneurysms, and a lung lesion. The AI technology played a significant role by facilitating the coordination of care and expediting the treatment process. The time to treatment was reduced as two procedures could be completed within the time typically required for one. Ultimately, all repairs were successful, and subsequent treatments were carried out within a timeline of six weeks.
A patient diagnosed with a 4.5 cm AAA who was under surveillance and follow-up, presented at the hospital months before his scheduled follow-up with evidence of fever and shortness of breath. A CT scan demonstrated a significant increase in AAA.
