As Chief of Staff , Ariella is an organizational success enabler working closely with the CEO and executive team to increase cross-functional efficiencies and overall company growth. Having been with Aidoc since its inception, Ariella established the company’s marketing division, orchestrating awareness, content, and demand generation activities that took the company from its first commercial sale to a consistent tripling of revenue, and from anonymity to the de-facto leadership position in the healthcare AI space. Ariella’s experience spans over 25 years, ranging from startups to public companies with repeatable success, taking tech startups from initial GTM to multi-million-dollar success – specializing in international expansion in the cyber, AI and healthcare space. Ariella holds a bachelor’s degree from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA from Reichman University. Ariella believes that building a team of empowered individuals leads to performance excellence and strives to continuously lead to growth and innovation.
